Job Summary

The Solution Architect at Querybridge will be instrumental in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions to meet the varied needs of our omnichannel retail clients. Similar to a BI Project Manager, this role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of retail analytics. The ideal candidate will thrive in a flexible, remote work environment, adapting to client demands with innovative and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and data analysis needs.
• - Design tailored BI solutions that align with client goals, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• - Manage projects from inception to completion, employing Asana for task management and team collaboration.
• - Monitor project budgets using Harvest, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and alignment with financial objectives.
• - Lead a cross-functional team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• - Provide high-level technical support and strategic guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Adjust and prioritize tasks based on client demand, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness as an on-demand resource.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role, preferably with a focus on BI and retail analytics.
• - Demonstrated expertise in project management, with proficiency in Asana or similar tools.
• - Experience with budget tracking and resource allocation software, such as Harvest.
• - Strong understanding of retail operations and omnichannel strategies.
• - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• - Outstanding communication and client service abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• - Ability to work independently in a fully remote and flexible environment, adapting to varying client demands.

Preferred Skills

• - Experience in consulting or working within an agency setting.
• - Familiarity with data visualization tools and database management systems.
• - Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in business analytics and retail.
